The past few months has been extremely busy for Rosetree Real Estate. Here is some of what we’ve been up to.
Two months ago, we accepted an offer on our listing at 608 S. Pacific Coast Hwy in Redondo Beach. The listing was slow at first as the home came on the market during the holiday. We remained patient, fielding several offers along the way until reaching a price that our sellers were happy with.
Following that sale, we assisted our clients to find a new condo. Unfortunately they were not able to make a decision in time before needing to vacate their existing home. Like with all our clients, we will remain patient as our clients take their time to make such an important decision. We will probably get back to looking for something in the near future.
At the same, we are closing on another transaction involving a condo in Gardena. For this sale, we worked as a transaction specialist without providing any marketing or showing duties as the buyer was already a tenant in the condo. We accepted a flat fee to provide form services and assist through the escrow process.
Starting this week, we listed a townhouse in El Segundo for $1,024,000. This complex is near to the trendy bars and restaurants in El Segundo, close to LAX and Los Angeles area freeways as well as the beautiful Pacific Ocean within walking distance. On the commercial side, we are near to getting acceptance on a lease for an optometrist in Inglewood. Forced to move due to eminent domain to build a new transit center, we helped our client search for a new location and eventually negotiate a lease.
We are also working with a Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center to find a new location likely on Manchester just a few blocks away. We are currently in the process of hashing out a new lease agreement for her as well.
